GNN signs strategic MOU with Anglostar Management Consultancy LLC and Hypower System Ltd to launch Anglostar Mobility

Coventry, UK – 30/09/2025 – Global Nano Network (GNN) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and strategic partnership with Anglostar Group and Hypower System Ltd to establish a special purpose vehicle (SPV), Anglostar Mobility.

The new business unit has been formed to accelerate the transition of traditional mobility applications towards cleaner energy systems powered by hydrogen fuel cells and advanced battery technologies. The partnership brings together complementary strengths across battery innovation, hydrogen systems, market access, engineering and commercialization, creating a strong foundation for long-term execution.

Anglostar Mobility is focused on zero-emission transport, with a particular emphasis on hydrogen-powered conversion of existing diesel fleets and a modular architecture designed for heavy-duty mobility. Its platform combines hydrogen fuel-cell modules, battery packs, thermal management and digital control systems, targeting applications including buses, trucks, utility fleets, municipal transport, industrial and mining environments, and operations in ports and airports.

For GNN, this strategic partnership represents an important step further downstream into end-use applications. By working closer to the point of deployment, the company will gain valuable insight into cell technology requirements in real operating conditions, while also strengthening its position across the supply chain. This will help ensure that GNN’s battery materials, coatings and manufacturing innovations continue to be informed by practical system-level demand and the needs of future mobility platforms.

Anglostar brings a strong presence across the Middle East, Africa and South America, while Hypower System Ltd contributes expertise in hydrogen fuel-cell and battery system integration. GNN adds its capabilities in battery materials, dry electrode manufacturing and performance-enhancing technologies. Together, the three organizations are creating a platform designed to support practical, scalable and commercially relevant clean mobility solutions.

A pilot plan has already been developed, with the objective of delivering a prototype by the end of 2026. The collaboration is intended to move beyond concept and into execution, with a clear roadmap focused on development, integration, validation and scale-up.

Ravi Daswani, CEO of Global Nano Network, said:
“This partnership is an exciting strategic step for GNN. By working with Anglostar and Hypower, we are moving closer to the end application, which gives us stronger visibility into how cell technologies must perform in real operating environments. It expands our commercial reach into important international markets, strengthens our supply-chain position, and helps ensure our innovation roadmap is increasingly guided by downstream demand. With a pilot plan already in place, we are now focused on turning that combined expertise into a working prototype by the end of 2026.”

Charbel Aouad, CEO of Anglostar Energy, said:
“Hydrogen retrofit makes the transition immediate, affordable, and real.”

This agreement reflects a shared ambition to combine proven expertise, industrial capability and market reach into a focused platform for next-generation mobility. With each party contributing deep knowledge in its respective field, Anglostar Mobility is being built to create a practical route toward cleaner transport solutions that are engineered for performance, safety and scale.
