Innovation is the cornerstone of success in any industry. At Global Nano Network Limited, we believe that innovation can only be achieved through collaboration. That’s why we were thrilled to have our CEO, Ravi Daswani, travel across India, supported by Innovate UK EDGE London, to connect with companies producing lithium-ion batteries, chemicals, and metals. The trip presented an incredible opportunity to explore collaborations in the rapidly growing energy storage market with tremendous potential.
We extend our gratitude to Innovate UK EDGE for providing us with this opportunity and FICCI for their fantastic local support. Our delegation had the privilege of engaging with Indian companies that are at the forefront of producing high-power current collectors for lithium-ion batteries. We were impressed by their ingenuity and dedication to sustainability.
But our journey didn’t end there. The Innovate UK Foundation Industries GBIP’s visit to Ahmedabad provided our delegates with a welcome briefing by Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It was followed by an evening networking reception at the British Deputy High Commission and B2B meetings.
On the final day of the trip, our delegation visited Sachin Industries Limited, where they took a tour of the glass and R&D centre, lining and furnace unit, and plastic moulding unit. The visit was followed by a tour of Shubhlabh Castings, where they viewed their product gallery, melting, pouring, moulding machine, fettling and shot blasting units, and sand plant.
This business experience was an eye-opener for our delegation, providing them with a wealth of knowledge and ideas to grow their business. Our visit to India has fostered new relationships and collaborations, allowing us to continue to push the boundaries of innovation in the energy storage market.
